Great view, pools and beach chairs and parasols. Direct access to the beach. Breakfast was good, as well as dinner buffet. They even had live music every evening!

Breakfast: The breakfast made me laugh out loud, it was so impressive. I can honestly say I have never experienced a breakfast as comprehensive in my life. Bravo. Room: We were given an unexpected room upgrade to what we believe to be one of the best rooms in the complex. I would love to personally thank the member of staff that granted the upgrinely ade. The room could not have been better. Location: 1.2km from Conil and we had our bicycles with us; couldn't have been better. Staff: Best of all was the attitude of the whole team, from Reception to Cleaners, to Restaurant, every one of your staff just seemed to be happy, smiling and always acknowledged us. Remarkable!

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. We availed of breakfast each morning and found it to be quite good. The level of cleanliness in room was outstanding and really appreciated the effort the staff made. We never had any problem with parking our car nearby. While we didn't use the roof terrace it offered nice views.

The Alojado de Velarde hotel is a hidden gem in Conil de la Frontera. The hotel stands in a house that was built in 1780 and it has been fully renovated, maintaining the distinct architectural features of the time. We had a room upstairs, with two small balconies. Although there is a bar right outside which opens at night, the two balconies had double doors with thick window panes and blackout curtains so with a bit of help from the AC (very modern unit too), it was very easy to fall asleep without the noise from outside. The location is superb. We drove and, despite having no issues, the streets are extremely narrow and there is no parking nearby as you would have elsewhere. Instead, there is free public parking near the boardwalk. The hotel staff recommended unloading the car and then parking down there. We did that and had no issue. It's a 10 min walk (albeit slightly uphill). In the end, because we walked from the hotel to the beach and back several times a day, upon checking out we decided to just walk down with our luggage rather than moving the car through those very narrow streets. In terms of food and things to see, the hotel is in the historic part of town. There are cafes, restaurants and little shops with cute (not tacky trinkets) things and beach attire every few steps. The room was very spacious and comfortable, very modern in its design. It was cleaned daily. The shower was excellent: great water pressure and very hot. Perfect after a long day at the beach. The staff was also another high point. Warm and savvy, they truly took care of us. Will definitely return.

Everything was amazing. Great staff, comfortable beds, warm showers. Large pool and a garden with enough loungers. Close to the beach and the city is within walking distance.

The hotel is right in the center of the town, close to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. An ideal location, only a few minutes walk from the beach.
