Very personable and friendly team. Long distance drive meant that I would be arriving late. Not a problem for the Wheatsheaf Inn, I received a phone call half-way through my journey to see how I was getting on. Rooms very clean, I had a great night sleep, bed was very comfy. The breakfast was 10/10 with lots of choices outside of your standard cooked breakfast.

everything! Margaret is an awesome host, very nice and helpful; the house is lovely and perfectly located by the river and only a few steps away from the station. Room was cosy, the duvet was like wrapping a cloud around my body. Breakfast cooked to perfection. I should have booked a longer stay.
