Easy access to shopping center and a short walk to all the local attractions, the hotel room was a lot bigger than other family rooms we have stayed and the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite and their was always someone around to help with any queries

Very friendly and helpful staff, very cozy, comfortable, and clean room, perfect location for visiting UBristol student right in lovely Clifton village with many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

City centre location beside shops, restaurants and bars. Very easy to access via door code. Exceptionally clean and especially liked the spacious size apartment over 70sq. metres. Lift in the building. Provisions provided in the kitchen, tea/coffee pods, milk sachets, dish-washer tablets etc.

I have stayed here before. Perfect location for us near family. It was super easy to access out of hours and the rooms were great. I could also tell they had made updates in the stairways which improved everything.

It was cute and cozy and I had a very comfortable sleep on the bed! Check in was easy and instructions and communication was all clear. So much bright light with all the windows and I loved the skylight!
