Excellent hotel with all the amenities, fancy, spacious, and elegant. Luxuriously decorated with refinement and taste. The spa is such a bonus for relaxation after a busy day. Located uphill behind the Holburn museum and Sydney park, 15 minutes walk to the city center.

Super easy to get in on arrival! Super easy to park up and unload before finding parking elsewhere. It was incredibly close to everything we needed - our furthest destination was an 11 minute walk away. Fantastic garden area and shared areas and really spacious unit for what looks small from the outside! We were so happy with the unit and how it worked out with roomings - it felt perfect for us :)

It was a very classy establishment and the room was terrific. This was a great place to stay to explore Bath. Thank you for all your help and excellent hospitatlity

No 17 proved to be an inspired choice for our stay in Bath. Great location, walking distance to everything, car parking on site. Generously sized and well-appointed room in a beautiful period building with stunning views. Staff were very helpful.

The room was exceptional, a lovely place to relax and in a five minutes walk you could be in the centre of Bath!!! We had an amazing breakfast 10/10 all the staff are really helpful and were so polite!! I highly recommend for a weekend away!!!

Lovely room, grounds, nice sized space. This was a great value. I walked to town one day and took the train to Bath. There is a lot of traffic in town sonit is nice to be able to walk.

What a lovely place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The people and the service are amazing, 10+ out of 10. Not only did they help get our luggage up the stairs, they found umbrellas for us to use on our outings and were there at every turn for anything we might need. The bar staff are super friendly and the cook was amazing. Breakfast is the best I've had, and there were several menu items to choose from. We stayed in the small apartment and really enjoyed having a separate area to watch TV and relax. All in all, we loved our stay here. We would like to return again some day and spend more time with these wonderful people. They truly are the best! ❤️
