Romantic Hotels in Heraklio

I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.

Having breakfast at the top floor was an incredible experience withe great views of the city walls, the sea and the island (Dia). A great way to start the day and feel the weather. The staff was very attentive and helpful and addressed my requests for information with dedication. A little fridge in the room came very handy.

Michalis the manager on duty during my stay is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He went above and beyond any expectations to help me have the best trip possible. From booking a boat tour to all information needed to have a productive day: he did it all! Even checked on me if everything was ok. He made my stay the best! Breakfast was also very good 😊

The room was spacious, with a modern design and large shower cabin. There was a large balcony and the location is right next to a craft beer bar with loads of selections. The breakfast was good and varied (try the rice milk pudding when you can find it). The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant where you can sample different tasty foods and drinks

Great Location, easy self check-in and free parking

Hotel is set in the most beautiful historic place going back to the Ottoman era. Location is amazing. Something for everyone's taste Great selection of good shops near by. A mixture of the old with the new.

Babbis was great, he is great at his job. Rooms were clean, hot tub was prepared beforehand, breakfast was good and definitely more than what we expected.

We were upgraded to an apartment in a nearby property, which was new, clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. We could still use the facilities of Georgia's Garden, but slept in a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff was truly nice and friendly! We would definitely stay there again

The entire staff was amazing! Sofia, Anna, Dimitri, and Dani where beautiful hosts. All of them going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make sure that we had a great stay! We wanted to bring Dimitri home with us, but my luggage was already at 50 pounds! Our apartment was always clean, the the pool was great and being right on the ocean just put the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

We didn’t stay much we came straight from a night flight, however the following morning we walked to the beach and left our bags at the hotel after checkout, the staff were very nice and kind x The room itself was clean and nice. So we have no complaints we couldn’t have asked for more! X

Everything exceeded our expectation, even though we arrived very early, they accomodated us and did a early check in, staff is exceptional! Especially the servers! Best team ever, the room was very confortable. The hotel is very near the beach, very clean and nice are, next to a supermarket, pharmacy, clinic and bus station (hourly schedule 2.6 euro if you buy from driver cash or card is accepted, best plan is to go to city and buy a ticket with 10 rides +/- 13 euro) They have a very modern and boho vibe terrace, that looks amazing

The rooms were exactly as depicted in the pics which is refreshing. They have been furnished really tastefully and stylishly and were actually better than I expected. They were spic and span in terms of cleanliness. The hosts were really welcoming and generous which I really appreciated. The breakfast was generous and had a gourmet flair. I was really impressed. It's a traditional Cretan Village style place that you can enjoy being a tourist. The breakfast included stuff that any local would usually eat, you do not choose but get a variety that is available this day, omelets, eggs, pies, yogurt etc. If you rent a car to move around the island and need to organize a group event of a sort - it's perfect. There is an orthodox little chappel on the territory. There is a taverna and a minimarket, treatment like you are guest at your friends house style. I personally think it's amazing for winter time, it has a fireplace in each room. A/C is also there. Wifi - only available at Reception. If you have troubles walking, think of it and prepare, as it has uphills and stone pavements. You can get iron from Reception too. Very friendly people.
