The location, the view and the staff very friendly

The stay was perfect, the location and views were amazing, transportation to Old Town on daily base, with acceptable prices in the restaurant(It's better to reserve the restaurant in advance), but the most amazing was the Staff, good people, attentive and helpful(Special thanks to Nikolas and Katerina)

The room had a nice balcony and felt much comfy. It was a short walk through the promenade to the harbour. Very good breakfast.

I loved the hotel. It was clean, modern, great position, great staff, especially Olga. Breakfast was amazing as well as the lady who was hosting us during breakfast. I really enjoyed my time and I would highly recommend it.

The Breakfast was amazing. The location is excellent, you can walk to the center in 10 min. The staff were all very kind.

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to a lovely beach area with restaurants as well as new town and old town. The studio was updated, comfortable, and clean. The air conditioner was very effective and appreciated.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The room had a very nice view, the staff at the hotel was super friendly. Food at the restaurant was excellent. What is there more to wish😊Overall super satisfied 🙂

Everything has far exceeded our expectations, it went above and beyond what we expected. The hotel is very close to the beach. Fabulous view of the sea from the balcony. Breakfast every morning was delicious, with plenty of variety. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. And the room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, we really appreciated that. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Crete 10/10.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They all made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. And Anna's cocktails were delicious! The facilities were beautiful and we loved the lower pool/ views over Chania. Also it was never overcrowded which was just what we were looking for. It's deffinately a secret gem! Our room was also great, it had everything we needed and the TV had Netflix to sign into! The breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday, and super tasty. The food at the bar/ restaurant was also nice for the days we wanted to stay for lunch and we hope to return in the future. There is also trips available that reception helped us book. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday so special. We would highly recommend this hotel to any couple who's looking for a romantic, peaceful holiday away from the crowds at the port.

I liked how it was right in town, so it was easy to walk everywhere

Rooms was beautiful. The location incredible, only seconds from downtown and the bus stop. The best part was the person working there, she was absolutely lovely, saying hello every morning and the most accommodating when we requested another night stay!! She even tried helping us when we wanted to stay again for another night!! Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat ! Thank you for everything

Close to everything and the staff were so helpful. Areti made our trip so special with recommendations for eating and tips on how to enjoy Chania.

Everything is perfect! The room is super clean and new. I love the terrace they have in common area, we are group of 7, and we were able to hangout together in the evening. Hotel people weee super nice, breakfast was delicious, every day was a little different. We will come back again!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, room was tidy and clean. Staff went out of the way to help me with check in because i went to the wrong location and they came and found me and assisted me to the right spot! Was a last minute booking for work and was everything I needed.

Everything was great! The hotel spot was in the heart of city's old town and the room was very clean! Mrs Mary was really kind, making us feel the cretan hospitality!

The staff was unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to assist and make our visit truly enjoyable. Maria at the reception desk was incredibly nice and kind thus making our stay a perfect one - the Samaria is lucky to have her.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.
