The apartment hotel, with its quiet gorgeous pool area at the rear of the property, on the hill above Platanias, is a lovely place for a peaceful stay that is still close to the town. Regular cleaning of the apartments by staff plus changed fresh towels/ bed linen mean the apartments are very comfortable. We loved our balcony. The warmth and helpful manner of the owners & staff seals a great holiday experience. We will return again!

Just a few steps from the beach. You can literally hear the waves from your room. It’s perfect for relaxing or going for a quick swim any time of the day. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout my stay, which made it easy to work and stream without any issues. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, ideal for anyone who wants to be close to the sea.

Katerina was very lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The location is not far from shops, tavernas/ restaurants and bus stops.

Fabulous location on the beach, next to a beach club for chaises and an umbrella, so many dining choices within walking distance, Georgina was very accommodating with our late arrival and early departure, I will definitely return

Clean and very spacious apartment! As a family of 4 everyone had their own space. Beautifully furnished as well! Everything was perfect with plenty of outdoor space as well. Close to beach! Georgos at front desk and very friendly and helpful!

we liked everything about the property. our room, superior beach facing apartment #21, was exceptionally clean (the cleaning service was daily) and well equipped. the patio facing the beach and pool area is perfect. the beach is wonderful, and the service at the beach was fantastic ! Antonis made us feel so welcome there, while Ron and the front desk staff helped with anything we requested. they accommodated each and every request we had with utmost care and expediency while working as a team!!! we also loved the location of this hotel. all properties around this one may be more luxurious, but I am certain that one cannot beat the hospitality and value for the money at Eden beach hotel. if you have a chance to book a room here , do it! you will not regret this decision and will want to stay longer than planned as we did. —- also, they just gave us a jar of homemade of peach compote just because and informed me that there’s pear and fig trees at the garden, from which the guests are welcome to get fruit as they please.

The studios have a great view towards the sea and the atmosphere is so relaxing. It is a great place to disconnect and take a deep breath. Maria was an exceptional, a very warm, hearty and sincere host. She really elevated the whole experience, definitely try the breakfast too, you will not regret it. The whole experience felt like you are being a guest in a house of a close friend.

I loved the views from the room, beach, breakfast and most importantly staff - especially restaurant and reception staff, they made our stay so much better ❤️❤️

Good base location for visiting beaches on the northwest side of Crete. All inclusive was a nice plus that helped save on meals and time when returning from sightseeing all day and not having to go elsewhere to find food, however we were never there for lunches. They even had sandwiches and water in our fridge upon arrival after traveling all day to get there from the States. Very clean, modern decor and plenty of storage for clothes. Great view of the sea right on the beach. Best pool bar staff with Eleni and Claudia! Eleni is a true gem and works hard. She made the best drinks and all staff was friendly and welcoming.

Great location, nice interior, lovely breakfastc peaceful and quiet (exactly what we wanted) and Katerina is just an absolute star. She organised taxis for us and also let us check out later just so we could have one last morning at the beach (and all at no extra cost!).
