Our accommodations were great! Our room looks like it has been newly renovated. It was easy to get to and from the beach via hotel shuttles. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful and convenient location.

I really liked how the hotel buildings are set up on the territory — it felt almost like staying in a private garden. Very intimate and tranquil, with a truly restful atmosphere. I loved the sea, the food in the restaurant was wonderful, and the staff were always kind and ready to help with anything, which made me feel very comfortable.

The Owner Erika was exceptional hardworking,caring and attentive to detail. It was always a pleasure exchanging with her,made our stay enjoyable.

It was very well maintained and the location on the saw with the view was spectacular.

Perfect location, excellent for families. The food was excellent! Lots of gluten free options for breakfast and on the restaurant's menu!

We loved our stay here. Its a big countryside house in a wonderfull natural setting with subtropical vegitation, lemon and orange trees in the garden. The most important its in a peaceful area. In very tranquile zone of magic Capo Vaticano, nice to take a stroll around, lots of flowers, palm trees. If you come from the far north, as we it will be truly memorable experience. The flat has everything you need, you can cook your own food. The host Domenico speaks good English and was very kind to assist with any issue. Excellent wifi connection. The house is only 9 km away from world famous Tropea. There are many top beaches nearby Galticelli, Riaci, Spiaggia del Tono, all just a few minutes drive. Strategic location. Good to have rental car as we had (rented in Lamezia Terme airport) then you can buy fresh fruits by the roads. I recommend this place!

Our stay at Hotel Damanse was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean, with a beautiful garden and a lovely, well-maintained swimming pool. The location is excellent, and the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

The host was great, taking care of everything and in constant communication. The breakfast was amazing and abundant. Wonderful villa with amazing views, beautiful gardens and very peaceful and relaxing

The view was great, huge balcony and amazing sunsests. The hospitality was very good. We stayed for 4 nights, and we had the room cleaned 3 times. The cleanliness was a 10/10.

Beach was easily accessible by car, beautiful. Breakfast was fabulous. Valentina works very hard every day to prepare breakfast which was a wonderful selection of vegetables and baked goods. Domenica the owner and her husband were very accommodating and answered all our questions and took care of all our needs.

The apartment had a great air conditioning and was clean and smelling good every day.

What an absolute gem of a place. Having read all the reviews I had high expectations which were more than met. The room and terrace were spotlessly clean. The breakfast absolutely delicious with everything prepared by hand in the kitchen..I've never eaten so much cake for breakfast. Anna was the most welcoming host nothing was a problem and she offered a late check out on our last day. Tropea itself is the most charming of villages and the residenza is in very quite and tranquil part of town.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and close to the centre. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance.

This B&B is in a great location - easy walking distance to both the beach and the historical centre, and with very easy access when traveling by car from further south. Alexie was a very engaged, proactive host giving us the most thorough briefing upon arrival of any of the places we stayed, and this was much appreciated. In addition, he gave numerous recommendations including for restaurants (2 we tried were fantastic!), beach lido, and a boat tour of Capo Vaticano (excellent)! It was a real bonus staying in an accommodation that had convenient and free parking just across the street, and we also really appreciated the small touches provided at the B&B for example: a welcome drink; you could help yourself to free tea, coffee and snacks whenever you felt like it; beach towels were provided; and the balcony at our disposal was equipped with clotheslines and pins for hanging our wet bathing suits after time at the beach. We would highly recommend it.

Exceptional property. Location superb, quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Room overlooking the sea with breathtaking views. Steps down to the beach. Breakfast was great; good variety of food to choose from. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was fantastic; calm and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was serviced daily.
