The hotel is so unique and great location. There were 6 of us, 3 couples and all our rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was great and delivered with a flourish. Roberto the host is one of a kind and made our stay so special. Vittoria's pastries are to die for. Can't recommend this hotel enough ❤️

Had private, free parking for guests. Breakfast was diverse. Hosts were very hospitable and generous. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped with amenities. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the two different pillows given to each guest.

I really did not know what expect when I booked this and I am so glad I did! This place is beautiful and peaceful. It does not disappoint. The breakfast is excellent and the Spa treatment, wow! The communication was excellent and the reception went out of their way to .ake our stay perfect. We will be back!!

A nice place outside Montepulciano, for us was the perfect base to explore the area. Good breakfast, exceptionally espresso, great host.

The suite was very spacious and nicely furnished in a fantastic old building with all modern amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern, clean and spacious. They have a mini-fridge with complimentary water, and a tea pot with different complimentary teas. The manager was very nice and helpful: he gave us goof info on restaurants and what to visit.

Bloody fantastic !!!! Everything massively exceeded our expectations. Family, especially grandmother were so kind and friendly. The couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfasts were especially great, full continental cuisine and lots of very nice coffee. If you don’t choose this spot you will really miss out !!!! Tim & Deb

This was the most comfortable stay of my 10 day Italian vacation. The location is central, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are huge (a better word is stunning), clean and so comfortable.

We spent two very happy days at Agriturismo Pescaia during our week in Tuscany. We loved Tuscany but were completely blown over by the beauty of the location at Pescaia! We had a two bedroomed cottage which would suit four people comfortably room wise, but was a nice luxury for just the two of us. The bedrooms were comfortable and very well equipped with lots of storage and the large sitting/dining/kitchen area was more than adequately equipped for our visit. It is outside that the property comes into its own, the scenery is absolutely stunning. In the immediate foreground is the families vineyard and olive groves, with more of the same and woodlands stretching out over the landscape with mountains on the far horizon. The grassed area in front of the cottage was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening glass of the local wine, enjoying the views and the copious birdsong, definitely the stuff that memories are made of. The hosts were very polite and professional as well as being genuinely nice people. As an aside, they sell a limited amount of their own olive oil and honey. We did bring a good supply home but regret not having any more luggage space to allow us to buy more. We have given some of the honey as gifts and it has been very highly rated! The walk from Pescaia into town is a challenge but we cheated. Taxis are pretty expensive to and from the accommodation but we walked to the church which is about one third of the way up and bought tickets for the hop on and hop off bus which took us up the hill, around town and back down to the church again. Very much recommended in 30'C+ heat! Pescaia was very much a high point of our visit to Tuscany!

Quiet setting, lovely private outdoor patio, room was clean, updated bathroom, lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Host was very welcoming and friendly!

the staff were absolutely beautiful, very helpful and caring. The room was lovely, great facilities, and a block out door that kept the room very dark allowing you to sleep in, which we loved. The view waking up in the morning and walking out of the room is stunning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Was a dream! Very beautiful, stayed there in November and we were the only ones occupying the whole villa. Beautiful views! Breakfast was very good and owners and workers were very helpful.

The place is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very satisfying, the location is fine in my opinion. There is private parking on site and the area seems safe. It is possible to book a place in the spa, although we did not take advantage of it. The staff is very kind and helpful.
