We had a really comfortable stay here. The ladies at reception helped us a lot with organising transport and leaving our luggage for a few days when we left Cusco. There were lots of options at breakfast. Our bed was comfy and we had a bit of a view from our room. The hotel was close enough to the main part of town that it was easy to duck back in the middle of the day before going back out at night but it was also quiet and away from people hassling you to buy stuff!

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of San Blas without being far from the main square. San Blas, by the way, is where all the cool restaurantes, bars, shops, cool streets, and 12 sided rocks are located in Cusco. Our three bed bedroom was perfect and even had a small private patio and confortable dressing room which is appreciated with three per room. The shower was hot, the sheets where super comfy and so where the mattresses. The hotel has a series of beautiful courtyards which are very instagrammable if that is your thing. I would very much recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

The building is beautiful and well located. Staff os friendly, there is a spa in it and an alpaca every morning!

Is a Nice hotel, just for the night

This hidden gem was a fantastic place for our 5 nights while experiencing Cusco and its many interesting sights in and around the city. The staff were marvellous- friendly, attentive and willing to spend time to answer our many questions. There was always hot, fresh coca available in the lobby- breakfasts were delicious, beds comfortable, everything clean and in working order.

We had a great time. The hotel has a great personality in itself, you can tell through the decorations. The staff was also great, very attentive and open to accommodate. The hotel has a really good location, not too high that you'll get tired walking to it, but also not to centric that you couldn't sleep at night because of the noise. A plus is that it has a heater, super important.

The property is super clean. You can see staff clean the rooms and common areas promptly and with great care. The staffs are friendly and helped carry luggages up the stairs for us. It also has beautiful courtyards with lush plants and flowers that we really enjoyed. Location was great with easy access for taxi and tour pickup while also very walkable to central locations of the town or towards San Blas and other tourist sites.

Exceptional location, friendly and receptive staff reception desk, spacious and clean room, excellent breakfast with more than enough selection of food, amazing staff on restaurant. Recommend from my heart this hotel!

Everything was great! From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful with the check-in and welcomed us with coca tea near the warm fire. The hotel was modern and the rooms were clean. My friend ended up with a bad cold and they even helped by getting her a doctor and helping her with what she needed. We got packed breakfast when we had early trips, and an amazing breakfast at the hotel when we had the chance to eat there. Everything was exceptional.

We loved our stay in Casa Saphi, it exceeded our expectations, the room was cozy, clean and it had all the facilities: A/C, mini fridge, kettle to prepare your own tea without leaving the room. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. Also, there's a fully equipped kitchen at disposal for all the guests. The breakfast was top, fresh and delicious. Location was good, surrounded by restaurants and stores just a few minutes walking from the plaza. The girls that work there are the nicest and helpful, lovely people. We will definitely book it again in the future!

The staff are amazing, providing hot water bottles to your door at night, and even a boxed breakfast if leaving early! The rooms are comfortable and the shower is so so good, particularly after a 4 day trek!

The people, the location, the rooms! This was our first hotel on our honeymoon and the people have been outstanding. The staff here are great, listen to you, and recommend great suggestions. The rooms are specious, comfortable, and clean. The shower was the best pressure we have had! The location is a 15 minute walk and ideal for anyone who wants to burn off the overeating you can do in the town centre. Jonathan was an outstanding staff member.

It is the best hotel in Cusco. Very beautiful, creative, quite, comfortable. Their restaurant is amazing. They have very good morning capuchino from 7 a.m. I will be back.
