I highly recommend this hotel just for the simple fact that not only they take care of you going above and beyond by giving you breakfast outside the designed hours and knocking on your door with a welcome gift and giving directions to must visit points but also by their excellent customer service and home like atmosphere that makes you want to stay. Thank you Anna for the friendly conversations and for treating customers with care and respect. And something you said still in my mind you said “I want everyone that come to my hotel to leave satisfied and not hungry” that is care, thank you again when we will be back to Portugal we will come back to this hometel!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santo Amaro. Their family rooms has the perfect amount of beds for us and the hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance to the Sanctuary. One thing that impressed us was the cleanliness of the hotel, everything from the room to the restaurant and all areas of the hotel were sparkling clean! The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we got great sleep while there. The staff is polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet was varied, our kids loved the selection of fresh fruit, pastries and more. We also enjoyed the outdoor patios where you can relax for a bit and have a coffee. We were sorry to leave this hotel as we had such a relaxing stay - we would definitely return!
