Actually everything were great, clean and organized, really liked the staffs, very very very kind, helpful, I can tell amazing staffs, in few days were like my family, really liked the complex how organized is, for sure be back there 100%, best breakfast bar

Thavorn is a remarkable place to stay. The facilities are wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it is clear that great care has been taken to merge the resort into the surrounding nature, rather than dominate it.

The place is quiet because it is for adults only, its location is fantastic, and there is more than one swimming pools

This place really feels like a resort and we loved it. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It is very peaceful and quiet - I enjoyed spending time at the pool - swimming, sunbathing or reading a book. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced. They are renting scooters and you can reach both Patong and Kamala in 5-10 minutes. If I visit again I would choose this place. An exceptional hotel with equally exceptional people. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Shortly before our trip, my wife had an accident, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us, including informing a nearby clinic. Their care and thoughtfulness made an already difficult time so much easier to bear. We are deeply grateful. Despite the circumstances, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and are already looking forward to returning. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, and the gym and guest activities like yoga sessions are a great bonus. We also tried the restaurant and the bar, which both deliver, and the spa is excellent with pricing that compares very favorably to outside options. Highly recommended without reservation.

Everything was just awesome experience! The staff were really nice, helpful and welcoming.

Check in was efficient. Really enjoyed choosing pillows and the fresh flower scent for our room. We had a room with a walk out directly to the swimming pool river and loved it. Buffet breakfast, and coffee selection, is excellent with much variety. The gym is well equipped, clean, and includes a sauna. There is a lovely quiet library available with many shelves of books and tables to use. The Beach Club, a 10 minute shuttle ride from the hotel, is on a lovely long stretch of beach perfect for a walk, or a meal from one of the many restaurants on the beach front. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Phuket. The beach is fantastic , the family cottage is the best option when staying with the kids. The staff is very friendly and is always eager to help. The food in the restaurants and the breakfast - beyond expectations.

This was a beautiful resort hotel. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. As our room was a bit of a walk uphill from the street they offered shuttles that ran frequently from the lobby to our room tower. The beach was just a five minute walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with quite a variety of food. The staff was super courteous! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this property. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk to Patong Beach. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight — stunning views and a perfect place to relax. Overall, the hotel offered amazing value and exceeded all my expectations.

We had a great 9 night stay with our toddler. The Wi-Fi is strong. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room is dated, but in style. Food at the hotel restaurants was good and expectedly a bit more pricey than places outside, but still reasonable. The Laguna was surprisingly beautiful and peaceful. Pools were great and the slide was so much fun. There is a nice restaurant next to the hotel that’s great for sunset. The staff at the hotel were absolutely superb. Gift, Gade, and Mo were delightful in The Club and tended to our every need. Restaurant staff and front desk staff (Aon, Tuang) referred to us by name and were very helpful. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at in Phuket. I’ve stayed there more than five or six times now, and every year I go to Phuket, I choose this hotel. Honestly, the staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful to the fullest extent. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!
