Location was great, right in between Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards. Many places were walking distance, and if not, bus stops are not far away. A lovely, secure and cosy house in a great area. Elaine is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely each morning with an array of options. The rooms were clean and well setup, we were very warm and snug when it was cold and rainy outside. Bonus was a mini-fridge in the cupboard to keep our water cool.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our bedroom was exceptionally cozy—so much so that we felt like we were in a luxurious retreat. The shower was a real treat, providing a relaxing experience with great water pressure and temperature control. We truly appreciated the comfort of the beds; they were like sleeping on clouds. The TV in the room was high quality, offering a great selection of channels for entertainment during our downtime. The gym was another highlight of our visit; it was spacious and well-equipped, featuring everything from cardio machines to weights, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our workouts there. What really set this place apart was the extraordinary service. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, assisting us not just with our luggage but also with any requests we had throughout our stay. Their genuine kindness and readiness to help significantly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

Location is great if you look for a Downtown location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good shower and good beds. Parking is good. It is valet parking. All in general went really good

Loved the location. I was in LA for the basketball at Crypto.com Arena, so the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was about a 2 minute walk via the LA Live precinct from the hotel to the arena, with plenty of great bars and restaurants along the way (shout out to Tom's Watch Place!). The hotel was spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was quite big and had plenty of light from the large window that overlooked the arena. Housekeeping provided bottled water each day. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and the gym was actually pretty good too. It was only a 15 minute walk downtown to supermarkets and other food options if nothing in the hotel or in LA Live met your needs, which was handy. A cab from the hotel to Santa Monica or Beverly Hills took about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. I was a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. It was ideal.

I had a wonderful stay at Shore Hotel. I arrived very early, around 7 AM, and despite that, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me with an available room, which was actually an upgraded one. This was far from obvious and very much appreciated. They only charged a reasonable early check-in fee and did not ask for any additional payment for the upgrade itself. The service was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for a great stay - highly recommended.

Steps from the beach and short walk to all the nice shops and restaurants in Abbot Kinney. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Loved using the beach cruisers to bike to Santa Monica and enjoying a drink on the rooftop bar.

The staff was fantastic.Very friendly and welcoming. One day our room was not made up but the staff compensated us with some lovely surprises including a free breakfast. The pool was great. CThe room was very comfortable. Also thechotelvis a 10 minute walk from the Westfield mall, which has many restaurants and great shopping.
