Berghi is situated in a beautifully-renovated historic building. The renovation has been done tastefully and the spaces are charming. Our double room was comfortable, cozy, clean, and offered beautiful views through the windows. The staff were all friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. We loved the entire experience and were sad to leave after 3 nights.

The hotel, its location in a charming village, the staff, the attention to detail in all respects were exceptional. The breakfast offered a vast selection of local pastries and bread, cereals, meats and cheeses and a most delightful white chocolate mousse topped with a raspberry. And we were offered eggs prepared to our choice.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our 2 children adored the animals. We bought all of the organic veggies, polenta, semolina, ice cream and beer made at the farm to cook and enjoy dinners on the deck outside our hut. The breakfasts prepared by Monica were amazing. The Šlibar family are some of the best hosts imaginable!

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly. It had a kitchen that allowed us to cook our dinners. Not directly in Bovec but ideal for us with a car to be able to park for free and drive into Bovec town when we needed.
