Great location and charming accomodation and room. The onsens were some of the best I've ever used in Japan, the extra hot bath is especially great on a cold night. Staff were extremely helpful and showed me places worth visiting in Kusatsu. Would definitely stay again.

I loved that we had clothes to wear and slippers. I really loved that it was so clean and the rooms smell good! The complimentary ramen, ice cream and yogurt were really a good addition! The ramen tasted amazing! I also enjoyed the onsen and the outdoor onsen. It's so clean and regulated. I will definitely book in Dormy Inns next time! I was just recommended by my brother. THe service was also very exceptional!

The staffs and the place is close to everything but the room is a little bit tight. Love the breakfast and especially how they treated the guests. Very courteous and accomodating!

Lovely staff and perfect example of hospitality and care. The views were out of this world.

It’s very close to bus station. Their public onsen was exceptional! They had both indoor and outdoor onsen for both men and women. And it was available almost 24 hrs. Staffs and services were also nice. Splendid to relax on your vacation. Wanted to stay more. I really loved it. :)
