The property was kept clean and was a nice refuge after a long day of hiking. Our room was also comfortable owing to a ventilation system that actively dehumidified the bathroom — a nice touch during the summer months! As far as the service, all the staff at Ursprung were very nice and excited to see us. Our breakfast was excellent and personalized, and the hotel manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

This experience went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the spa is divine and impeccably clean, the staff is wonderful and the service is unparalleled. We enjoyed some of the best meals of our trip here, with immense kudos to the chef and kitchen staff. This family run spa resort feels luxurious and personal, with the family members knowing you by name and welcoming at every turn. And the location speaks for itself, one of the most beautiful places we have ever been. We will absolutely be returning for a future visit.

In general, the facilities, especially the room (comfortable, large and well organized). Good food at the restaurant, especially at night.

Overall, I really enjoyed the facility — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the experience was great. The only small things I’d mention are that the spa didn’t open until 3:30 PM, which felt a bit late if you wanted to use it earlier in the day. Also, it would’ve been really helpful to have a fridge and a kettle in the room — those are quite important for convenience. Lastly, there was just one restaurant, and while the food was good, I would’ve appreciated a few more healthy options, like a wider variety of salads. Other than that, it was perfect!

The hotel is located well up the hill in a peaceful location with pretty views. The hotel features a parking garage, a couple of saunas with different temperatures and a pleasant room to relax afterwards and enjoy the mountain scenery after a hike, a bike ride or a day of skiing. Claudia, who owns and runs the hotel and also serves in the restaurant, is very engaging and welcoming and takes a personal interest in all the guests. She is also very knowledgeable about the area and happy to organize bike rentals, etc.
