It was comfortable, spacious, and clean. Our room had beautiful views of the mountains and was in a lovely quiet area. The hosts were very accommodating and met all of our needs. Breakfast provided a range of options and was delicious.

We were upgraded from a room to an appartment which was very welcoming .. clean and spacious. The back view of the mountains and the lake were relaxing to watch even with slight rain. Location was central for touring the mountains nearby.

Lovely quiet location with an easy walk into the old town. The old town had plenty of lovely shops and places to eat and drink, very picturesque. The property is typically Austrian downstairs with a lovely garden area to sit and have a drink, and the bedroom was large modern and spacious with an excellent quality bathroom. Comfy bed too. There is plenty of parking around the hotel.

This place is very clean and kind of fancy. The views from the bedroom are great because it faces the alps. It was nice to be able to have access to Amazon prime for movies. It was a quiet apartment. Although it is located on a busy street, you cannot hear the traffic noise.

This was a one night stop over for us and it was a lovely place to stay. It was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. We were four adults, the bedroom was very comfortable as was the sofa bed. The sofa bed is not your usual pull out sofa which I was concerned about, however it turned out to be very comfortable for two people.
The bathroon is spacious and very clean too.

As we stopped here for one night as part of our roadtrip on the way home, the accommodation was perfectly adequate. It is spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace overlooking the quiet neighborhood and nature. The self-service check-in by code was very convenient. I also have to highlight the parking right in front of the house.

We arrived very late at night and booking.com hadn't sent us the email with the access information. I called the out of hours number on the door and the lady on the phone (Riccarda) couldn't have been more helpful, staying on the phone until we'd got into our room and directing us where to park. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good.

The rooms were spacious and nice. Lovely sun terrace with a great view. Reception staff were very helpful. Good access to the ski slopes (via a drag lift). Great arrangement with one of the ski shops to deliver and collect your skis. Good ski locker room.

Good bed and pillow, bathrobes available.
Breakfast was ok.
At walking distance of the Albona 1 lift.
No spa but there is an infrared cabin which you can use.
Very handy private lockers to put your skiing materials in.
Underground parking available.
