The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We arrived by train and the hotel was only a short walk away from the station--very convenient for tired travelers! It is also only a 15-minute walk to the old town, so everything was very easy.

The staff in the front desk were very fast and professional yet friendly. The housekeeping was always nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant were fast, friendly, and helpful.

We had the family room and it was the perfect size for the three of us. We especially appreciated the AC!! Breakfast had a great selection with something for everyone. Great location with a five minute walk to Pfänderbahn and 15-20min walk to Seebühne.

It was all very nice and clean. Location is excellent, close to downtown and train station.

The location was so convenient to restaurants, the promenade along the lake and to the train station that I could not have been anymore satisfied with my choice of this hotel. I was shocked and quite thankful that we were given an upgraded room since the weather kept us in one day of our two night stay which allowed us to stretch out and relax. The breakfast that we added on our last morning before running to the train was well worth the it and we should have opted for it the other morning as well.

The home feeling, the place is designed with home feeling in mind. The rooms, the books, the woodwork, the color scheme brings a home like feeling.

The room was small but still very aptly furnished and comfortable. The staff were very very friendly and welcoming and went over and beyond to help make my stay comfortable. It's very central and breakfast is also a very nice spread.

The lady at the reception was warm and welcoming, and I could checkin at 10 am. Everything was in order in the room. And the chocolates at the checkout were further amazing.
