Very friendly staff great being in the castle

Friendly and wonderful atmosphere in room when walked with soft music to welcome you. The restaurant was the best meal I’ve had it was exceptional especially the marquise dessert

The host helped to find a good place for me to park my car and trailor on site.

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.We really enjoyed the location of the hotel as we could walk around town.We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was great and the service excellent.

Very kids friendly, heated swimming pool and game room are kids’ favourite, no distance from the golf court

The room was perfect, the lounge area was well laid out and practical. the desk was just the right size whith a loam and wireless charger built in. The bedroom wasn't big but perfectly usable and a really comfortable bed. the bathroom was also very well laid out maximising space, The room was really clean and everything was perfectly in its place. nothing was spared in making the guests feel comfortable. One of the Best I've stayed at in a very long time. Thank you

We were very happy with the room, going value for the price. Clean, best shower on our trip, bonus a complimentary breakfast and the restaurant could not fault our lunch or dinner. Staff were lovely.

We were in room 6 and it was huge with a king size bed and a single bed. The bathroom was also huge. The beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. That was my second time staying at the Menzies Ballarat to visit family and I would definitely stay there again. Also it was a very quick check in. Walking distance to town. Perfect!

Cleanness and value for money.

Super comfy, the swimming pool is amazing, the staff with very nice and helpful. Very close to the main activity and city centre.

The bed was perfect as well as all facilities. The continental breakfast was great and I liked the way it was set up in a separate room. The owners were great at communicating with me. Perfect.

Location so central and the room was just exceptional (clean and comfortable).

We where well located in the are ease access to shops and restarant and it was quiet.

Accessible, clean room, friendly staff and affordable. Overall I had a great stay. 'til next time.
