Unique setting and history. Rooms were new and comfortable. Staff was very nice

great spot to stay close to the shops, waterfront and swimming area, cafe's and restaurants.

The property was spotlessly clean and a lovely place to stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. The house had everything we needed for a weekend stay, great to have a coffee machine, bbq and firepit too. The place was beautifully decorated with old, new and interesting items. We also enjoyed visiting the cafe, Maze and gardens with all the fancy chickens and other birds. Great to look at the recycled sculptures and other interesting garden structures, as well as collections of vintage vehicles and machinery. We had a lovely weekend with family and would gladly stay again.

Beautiful hotel rooms with very comfortable beds. Larger than standard rooms and great location.

Absolutely beautiful park , extremely comfortable bed , kitchen well equipped with everything you need , very friendly staff , Great wifi , Loved everything about our 5 night stay.. Great playground for kids with a jumping pad as well, Toddler pool as well as a bigger pool with shallow end..

Location was great for the waterfront and the city

The bed and pillows were comfortable The space in the shower cubicle The water pressure and temperature of shower Tv size Room is individually controlled for temperature Towels were soft, fluffy and clean The beside lamps with usb ports were handy.

I liked that, the staff were very accommodating to me, when I got locked out of the room, at 5,30am after seeing my husband off to work.

Love the little details ie. kettle, shower head, sliding glass door to bathroom. A lot of thought has gone in.

It was clean and freshly decorated. The view was wonderful. Geelong is a clean and charming small city.

We came in late off the Spirit of Tasmania. Rang them to say ship was 1 1/2 hours late and it was no problem as keys would be in key safe and to ring them if a problem. As it was we and another couple with a caravan were met by him to make sure all was ok. He's only owned it for a week and that was an excellent start for us.

For a family of 6 it was very comfortable. We love that there was a cafe. and park close to it. Never tried the laundry service but one was available as well as free pool access. We would be booking here again if given the chance as just 15-20 minutes drive to where we wanted to go

Location…great staff…..loved the apt.

The room was clean and everything I needed was provided. The curtains fully closed to make the room dark enough to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was much better than I've experienced in other motels. The bed was comfortable to sleep and to watch TV. There's a Woolworths across the street and direct access to the pub next door with good, reasonably priced meals. This was one of the lowest prices I've paid to stay in Geelong but is certainly not "cheap and nasty".

The location was perfect for my needs as I attended Reggae Fest in Johnstone park and it was within walking distance and that is what I wanted. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Thank you - highly recommend.
