Quatrz Cottage is a renovated 3 bedroom house located within walking distance from GMHBA Stadium, South Geelong train station and a conveniently located cafe within 100 meters. The Cottage also has Wifi. You will find the cottage private and secluded, it is hidden away in it s own lane. It has a 1 car lockup garage and features new furniture/carpet and fully renovated throughout. Air Conditioned in the living area and ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms with a portable fan in the 3rd bedroom.
