This stylish accommodation is just a short walking distance to Epworth Hospital and Deakin University, Waurn Ponds. The male owner of the property lives in the apartment and stays in the second bedroom. The owner is very conscious and respectful of privacy of guests when the home is let out. Easy and close access to Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre. 2 minutes from the Ring Road, 15-20 minute drive to Geelong Waterfront, easy slip access to the coastline and the Great Ocean Road. Immaculate, full Wifi access, cooking facilities and the use of washing machine and dryer. Smart TV in both lounge and bedroom, small balcony off bedroom and a small front yard.
Karl is a middle aged man, with 2 children aged 11 and 9. He works in the charity sector and enjoys sport, music and getting out in nature.
Walking distance to Epworth Hospital and Deakin University (including sporting grounds and modern athletics track). Very close access to Waurn Ponds shopping centre and a variety of retail stores, including Bunnings and JB HiFi. Bus transport in very close proximity if required.
