United StatesLocation was good for the sightseeing we did. The bus stop for the main line was near the supermarket but we were never able to find the place to buy tickets for the bus. Restaurants were only about 2 blocks away as well as a supermarket. Room was a bit smaller than I thought but adequate. It was clean and overall looked good. They offered complimentary water, coca cola, candy, and apples which was great. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Great place to stay although location is a bit out of the way. One bedroom apartment was spacious with great amenities and comfy bed. We requested early check in and were very happy that our room was available at 11am. They also provided a good quality cot for our baby. Buffet breakfast was excellent and dinner at the restaurant was also very nice. Would definitely recommend.

I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, which was much appreciated. The room was very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Complimentary snacks, water and soft drinks were appreciated. Car parking below the hotel was free. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Kingston town centre, with many restaurants and a supermarket. Kingston Foreshore and Manuka arre also within walking distance.

It was a more luxury room than I expected.
There were comfortable bathroom, quiet bedroom, and an amazing kitchen. I’d like to use this place for longer stay again!

On arrival we were upgraded to an apartment type room which was great as we were staying for 3 days it made the time in the hotel very comfortable. Large room with lounge area, kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom. Nice balcony. Very large bed and good air conditioning. Staff were very helpful and offered lots of advice on Canberra. Even met our unusual request of removing the duvet (far too hot for us!). Hotel parking beneath the hotel was useful. Good value for money.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Our room was clean and very spacious indeed - oodles of space in our double room, way larger than the typical tiny hotel room, Plenty of hangers in the cupboard, and a good-sized bathroom. It was also nice and quiet. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Well situated, we were easily able to get wherever we need to be in a short time.

Location was excellent for us as outside town but close to the lake and museum/library. Staff were exceptional, definitely a 5* service. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, although the balcony was a little small and no real view.

The size of the apartment was good. I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, even though I was a solo traveller, and had requested a balcony with a view or private balcony if possible. There were two TV's - one in the lounge area and one in the main bedroom, both were good sized. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms and main bedroom were all good size.

Our spacious, one bedroom apartment with a balcony was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It is well located close to Dickson shops and restaurants. We will stay there again in future

The room was spacious with a separate bed room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and large balcony.
The location was excellent close to the Convention Centre and only a short walk to restaurants and shops.

We loved the room, it was spacious and well-thought out. The kitchen was well kitted out and included a Nespresso machine. The sofa was comfortable and the sittingroom area was a nice place to relax and watch TV. The bedroom was enormous with a comfortable bed and a balcony facing into a courtyard. The bathroom was very large too, with a spa bath, separate shower and a loo. There was plenty of storage throughout and you could easily live there for a few weeks if you were business.

Nice and new. Really easy check in. Friendly front of house staff. But the best part was the beautiful hotel room. It was a full apartment. Separate bathroom, separate bedroom. All exceptionally well appointed. Beautiful little private balcony. Could not fault this hotel room for a comfortable and pleasurable stay
