United StatesThe Avalon was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to see in Kyustendil. Beautiful downtown area to walk about and plenty to see. There was no breakfast offered, but that was ok since there were plenty of options to choose from within a block from the hotel. We loved the balcony that overlooked the streets and it was so quiet during the night (we left the balcony door open). The weather was cool so we didnt' need to use the AC but when we first arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and was very neat, and comfortable.

BulgariaIt is so rare to see such a place in Bulgaria. I think this is one of two such places that I have seen in my life. The interior design is absolutely stunning. The staff is very polite and welcoming (ultra rare in Bulgaria). The food is overwhelmingly delicious. And the location is very well-connected to different points of interest.

The restaurant is spacious giving a personal space between tables. The garden is lovely. The restaurant staff was polite without being extra obliging. The reception desk personal was very helpful and polite.. Room was with retro style interior giving comfortable space for 2 people.

It was my second stay at Hotel Konstantinovi. His perfect location makes the visit more comfortable and easy and fast getting to each direction. The owners are very kind. Super spacious and clean rooms.
Definitely, I will visit again. It's a pure pleasure.

Wonderful place! Downtown, very spacious rooms, extremely clean and new, quiet, even though on a main street! Mineral water pool, super friendly staff, will definitely be back again! The room has a small kitchenette, so great even for a long stay! English channels on TV! Double vanity sink in the bathroom! Excellent hotel!

Big room in good condition, everything works well. Hotel staff tried the best to speak in English with us! Decoration of hotel is traditional, even a bit old-school, and this is great, atmosphere is unique.

The place is amazing, definitely exceeded my expectations. Fully renovated old house in the very heart of Kyustendil. Nearby there are a big supermarket, a market, free public parking. There are good restaurants literally next to the house. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, new furniture, everything was very clean. The room was really quiet, although the house is on the pedestrian strip. The host was nice and friendly.
Will definitely stay there again if I visit Kyustendil in the future.

It was an exceptional place! The apartament we were was very spacious had every appliance we needed, the location is right next to the city centre 2km away from the Hisarlaka park. The pool was very warm and fantastic place to chill and relax and I highly recommend the salt room. The staff were very friendly and easy going. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Kustendil.

The mineral water - the spa was not too full, quiet early in the morning. Children enjoyed the big food choices. The art gallery of the Maistora was right next to the hotel. The family apartment was very cozy and spacious.
