Convenience, location and price.

The room was large and convenient with beautiful windows and a modern bathroom. The location was good as it was near grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Our room was not on the main street but, if it were, the stay may have been less pleasant. The breakfast was good enough.

Everything was really great. The hotel is absolutely worth it. Best reception team i've ever seen in a hotel by far.

The breakfast was really good. It offered what ever you would like for your breakfast. They have fresh fruit and lovely breads. Delicious cappuccinos. The staff was very hospitable and so accommodating. The bathroom was pristine as well as the room. It exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our one night,as the beds were very comfortable. The concierge was hospitable so welcoming. So sorry I forgot her name but not her friendly attitude.

This place is spectacular! We had to cancel another place down the mountain which looked sketchy, this place had a small but mighty menu of home made gnocchi, a wonderful mixed salad presented beautifully and some roast beef that was delicious. Breakfast was delicious cheese and homemade jam. Even though it thunderstormed on us, we felt rested! And we really enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend the drive up the hill to this rustic beauty and charm of a hotel. Excellent!

I was very positively impressed by how well designed the entire experience was: from the check-in and entering the hotel to every detail in the room. It was the first time that I feel the room was fully designed to have a great experience. The plugs, window, AC, switches, towel, hangers, lightning system, pillows, etc. all was perfectly matching the place where they should be to have a perfect experience and it was very beautiful.

Incredible friendly staff, great hotel, great value

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It is really close to the train station, and all the key attaractions in town. It's also well connected with plenty of great hiking routes. The value for money is brilliant. A quick note (but I really did not mind that, and the hotel completely fulfilled my needs and expectations): as I was travelling in November, and the season was low, it was not possible to order breakfast.

Modern, Cleanliness and Comfort

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot days and made my stay much more comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t completely clear before arrival was the parking situation. However, the staff responded quickly to my message and explained that free parking is available on Er Cara di Sai, which is a grassy parking area used by tourists visiting the nearby mountains and bridge. I parked there for three days without any issues. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this property to others.

I highly recommend this accommodation in Bellinzona. The staff was very nice, prompt, helpful and polite; the location was great and with a view over Bellinzona's castles and the room well-equipped and clean. Also the check-in /check-out were very simple. I loved my stay here.
