GermanyThe hotel was very inviting with a beautiful garden, lots of plants, palm trees and a stunning view of the lake. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was great. The vegan breakfast was wonderful. There were many options, salty and sweet. The breakfast on Sunday had even more options and included a homemade cake and some warm options. The owners were very nice. We will be back!

NetherlandsWe stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.

It was a wonderful experience overall.
The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment and an outstanding view.
The staff were amiable and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable.
We also loved the swimming pool, the restaurant, & the kids' corner ...
One of the standout features was how pet-friendly the hotel was. They provided a gift and treats for our dog and even offered dog-sitting services for our puppy, which was a fantastic convenience.

Great views on the lake and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok nothing special.
Nice balcony with amazing view on the lake although it is a bit noisy because of traffic. However very good windows so no noise disturbance when windows are closed

First of all, the view from our room was amazing. It overlooks the lake. Furthermore, the owners were so nice and welcoming. They preapared an amazing breakfast for us, after which we talked to the owner for more than 30 minutes and he was so nice and offered good advice for our trip.

Lovely hotel and beautiful gardens. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast served on the balcony overlooking the lake was lovely. Breakfast was prepared and served with personal touch. Friendly and helpful staff. The Ticino card providing free public transportation and some discounts was a nice bonus. Few minutes walk to the ferry and restaurants.

It was amazing! The room was gorgeous, really spacious. The pools were both clean and a joy to swim in. The staff were incredible! Best service we have ever received.
