This was my third time staying at this hotel. Very clean and the staff were very friendly, Wonderful spa, amazing breakfast, best dinner , and everything in general is great, I will definitely stay there on my next trips.

The ambiance was truly unique. The breakfast was the one with most variety I've ever seen (they even had a juice-extractor for your morning fresh self made juice!) They also have a great selection of restaurants.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is also very good. Breakfast has a good variety of foods to choose from. Dinner is also excellent

Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing. They also had amazing restorant with Japan food

Extremely friendly, kind and helpful personal. Every minute you feel so welcomed there. The kitchen is highly above average!

Staff went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate any requests they could. This place is a steal - only pleasant surprises! The rooms were spacious, with a sleek, clean design but still cozy and comfortable. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. The balconies have gorgeous views and are roomy enough to relax after a long hike. The garden area is a lovely spot to read, adjoined to a nice pool and sauna. On top of all that, some really amazing pizza in the restaurant downstairs, that they will happily get ready for you to take back to your room when you get back hungry from the lake. Great location to walk to Caumasee and anywhere in Flims!

Proximity to gondola. And shopping. Although stores were closed for holiday. Cozy, comfortable vibes. Beautiful furnishings and ambiance. Very friendly receptionists. Very helpful.

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet. We had an excellent skiing weekend with a stay at the Hotel Vorab.

Dinner was astonishing. Breakfast was good. Traveled as a solo adult , my room was packed with families. They were loud and lovely, but nothing unexpected

A special place. The owners were very kind and helpful. The small swimming pool is very nice at the end of the ski. The balcony was lovely, and the ski room was big and comfortable. There is a comunal dining room and living room that are very large, cozy and inviting. It gives you options to meet other guests.

The room was perfect! Parking, internet, air conditioning, kitchenette, balcony. The room had it all.

Loved the cosy mountain hotel vibe. Staff welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The honesty bar and eating area a bonus - with our take away pizza and access to some lovely wine we got to enjoy the hotel’s communal dining facilities and vibes. Loved the size of the room and the view out back of the forest. Lovely little touches to make you feel relaxed. Sauna and wellness area was a nice addition to the long ski days

Awesome diner. Lovely vintage hotel amidst the forest and next to lake. Amazing swim in the lake in morning.
