Everything was amazing about that place. The accommodation, the views, the staff, the food, everything. Alan the manager was amazing, he knows all the birds, he is full of advice, he is kind and generous. The food was amazing. The accommodation was the best we had during our 2-weeks trip. I also booked a massage from Alan's wife and it was really good and soooo relaxing in the privacy on our accommodation. Our stay in Santa Juana felt like luxury amongst kind-hearted people !

We stayed at many great properties during our trip to Costa Rica, and this one was our absolute favourite. The surroundings (feels like a grasp of fresh air after overcrowded Manuel Antonio), the views, the hosts, and the coffee they produce themselves - everything was exceptional. The homemade breakfast and dinner were also delicious, and many components of the breakfast are produced on their own farm - even the cheese. We can’t recommend it highly enough. P.S. Don’t forget to buy their coffee! It’s grown in the famous Tarrazú region and freshly roasted - absolutely delicious and great value.

Helpful, English-speaking staff, nice pool, big kitchen with free coffee and tea, comfortable large dorm room with separate toilets and showers, upstairs and downstairs communal spaces, and reliable wifi for working! They allowed us to use the pool and hang around for a few hours after checkout time!

The staff were excellent! We changed our plans halfway through our vacation because we saw that La Fortuna (where we were going next) hadn’t stopped raining for days. They figured out how to allow us to stay on the property with them. The property is in a great location to everything yet felt very private as it’s tucked up on a hill. The forest around and within the property is teeming with wildlife. Sit still for a while and you will notice. Breakfast is made to order every morning and they offer lunch/dinner menu if you desire. We had a wonderful time here for our entire week in Cost Rica.

It’s not the usual hostel you stay in, you basically live in the same house as the owner and his family but it’s a bit separated and you absolutely have your privacy, you just share the kitchen with them. They are lovely people who made my stay extra special. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The staff were all lovely, super friendly and happy to help at all moments!

The location and how the camp blends with it are quite unique and fantastic. I believe I saw the best sunset of my life in here. Miguel and Pili are also very good. Miguel also taught me to surf! It's also very cool that everything is autosuficient.

The staff and owners were all helpful, friendly people. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The cat was very special. Birdwatching from the upper deck overlooking the back jungle clearing was very rewarding with comfy hammocks and chairs. The pool is amazing with waterfall and colored lights. The perfect cool down.

GREAT PRICE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT STAFF

It is next to the park entrance, very clean and comfortable. We were staying as a family and the place was perfect for us.

Do yourself a favor and pick this place for your Costa Rica trip!!! I don’t even know where to begin.. the people, the atmosphere, the nature, the place! Everything was absolutely gorgeous and the owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The location is ideal, being so close to the center of Quepos, but far away enough to be able to enjoy the local fauna. First day that we arrived, we saw a little monkey playing around in their trees and as we left, a tucan flew right close to the house. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Already planning on coming back! Thank you ❤️

The hosts were very hospitable. It was very quiet and comfortable.

The view. Walking around the streets and seeing the wildlife. Very accessible and helpful host, replied to all my messages immediately. Comfortable and clean.

Our hosts were great! Made us feel right at home, and the location to see nature couldn't be better. They supplied everything we could need. Even field glasses to spot the Toucans, monkeys, bats, sloths, and frogs all around the apartment.

Huge room and bathroom! Love the terrace with rocking chair! Lovely gardens!

It was very clean , loved the breakfast, the room was really pretty . The staff was friendly. It was close to Quepos centro. Good parking space .

Landscaping and gardening. Open spaces and no noise. Good parking, close to groceries. Gas station and tourist attractions. Nice swimming pool Self-check in and check out is very useful

For the price, it literally can’t be beat… was very comfortable airy place once we threw all the windows and doors open, beautiful canopy view, decent walk or short bus ride/hitch hike down to the beach. Monkeys played in the trees in the morning.
