We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel La Mansion in November and had a wonderful stay. Beautiful cottage style living with an amazing view of the lake, excellent breakfast and very hospitable staff. Highly recommend this property for anyone planning to stay in Arenal area

The place is beautiful and full of art everywhere. It has a little lake where you can enjoy seeing birds and diferent animals or kayaking. The attention was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The place is so peaceful and full of nature. We will definitely come back.

Excursions, location, staff, restaurant

The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who takes care of the hotel is very attentive and kind. She made us feel very welcome during our stay

Great hosts. The place is spacious, lots of natural light and spotless.

Breakfast was amazing! The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and the room is very cozy.

Great location with private parking. Food available in the Italian cafe downstairs. Multiple grocery and other stores within 1 minute walk.

What a beautiful place! We saw more different types of birds just sitting at the balcony eating breakfast than in any of our hikes (& guided tours) ! 🤩 The room and outside walls are also painted beautifully with tropical plants and birds 😍 Simon is awesome and super welcoming. He will go above and beyond, whatever you need or have Qs feel free to ask away! 3 cutie doggies Gypsy, Milu & Teddy 🥰 Short walk down to the lakeshore for beautiful sunset views ✨ 💯 recommend ! This is a special place, Chef Eyal is top notch, we’ll know and loved and his staff are incredible. We stayed the night and had the Chef’s Choice Tastings dinner which was 7 course + dessert and fabulous. Room was comfortable and we were accommodated with an extra kids bed upon request for our family of 4. Breakfast was also amazing, we felt like family and will definitely be back as this is our 3rd time through Lake Arenal area and we visit every year.

What a pleasant visit! This casa was perfect. I stayed for six nights and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. The bed, sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen supplies, all were perfect. There is a covered balcony with a view to the town, wonderful walking opportunities, and a place on the covered balcony to wash your clothes, etc. Safe neighborhood, and good wifi. Will definitely stay again. 🙏🏼

The view, the peaceful surroundings and friendly staff.

The property was very clean and neat. Landscaping was lovely and the pool was large and clean. And next door to a little convenience store.

We could not have asked for more. Carlos, our host, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing, the place was clean, quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, near facilities and we could park our motorcycles in a sheltered parking spot. Definitely strongly recommended.

Fruit Tree Look no further, this is the place! This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Ian thought of everything. So many nice amenities - costa rican coffee, wine, comfortable bed, beautiful big wood table and great shelves allow you to unpack. There is a nice area to read, play cards and a beautiful deck. The views are gorgeous. Ian is extremely passionate about his garden. We really enjoyed walking the property with him. In town we enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Moyas. Lunches were great at Soda Mayi’s. I loved this Airbnb and would love to come back. Thank you Ian for everything. I am so glad we found you! Pure Vida!
