Rooms in Livadhia

We requested a crib for my 6 month old and when we arrived it was already installed and had this extremely cute blanket with hearts on it. It really felt good, that they were waiting for us prepared. On another note, the breakfast was 10/10. Big variety and even if we went at 9.15 am the buffet was still full.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. We booked this apartment for 23.04–24.04 and clearly informed the host in advance that our check-in would be at 02:00. They confirmed that late arrival was not a problem and told us we could arrive whenever we wanted. However, when we arrived in the middle of the night, they completely disappeared. No replies to messages, no answers to calls, and no key instructions were provided. We were left standing outside with our luggage at 2 AM, with no access to the apartment we had already paid for. This level of irresponsibility is shocking. It is disrespectful, unprofessional, and caused us serious stress and inconvenience in a foreign country at night. A host who abandons guests like this should not be allowed on Booking.com. I strongly warn others to avoid this place unless you want your trip ruined and to be left stranded with nowhere to go.

The host was very rude and the person I booked the place refused to lodge there. I contacted the customer service for a refund but nothing. The lady is so rude and using cuss language on customers. Her property should be removed.

We booked this place last weekend, and despite our extremely late arrival , the host was very accommodating, and agreed to meet us to check in, helped with the directions, even went as far as helping with carrying our luggage into the place. The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable, you can find everything you need if you want to cook something, also the delivery was able to find it very easily, it's quiet so its perfect for relaxation, fairly close to the beach swimming and camping areas, very close to mcdonalds and Jumbo, as well as a convenient store that is open 24/7, moreover, we had a private parking spot which felt very safe and convenient, we highly recommend it, and we will definitely be going back.

Great place in Livadhia, worth the price, a very nice balcony, and well furnished. Really enjoyed my stay. Everything went smoothly in check-in. If I'm ever in Livadhia again, I will for sure take this apartment!

Clean, comfortable, good location, all necessary kitchen appliances.

Very nice modern brand new flat. Everything is working and photos correspond to reality. Pool is quite big, working 24/7, Gym is also ok (I found everything whats needed). Washing machine and dryer works perfect so do not bother to take many clothes. kitchen has everything what is needed. Property in good strategic position if you are traveling by car. 30min from Ayia Nappa and 40 min from Limassol. Near by big shopping mall. We really enjoyed our stay.
