Our best hotel during the Gran Canaria trip. The rooms are really well equipped, the kitchen has everything. The staff is helpful, kind and efficient. I had a small problem with the safe box and the reception handled sending the technician in a very short time. Very clean, specially compared to other hotels in the area. Rooms are quiet with a private entrance that gives the illusion of being in your own tiny apartment with a sea view. We will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional staff, very helpful and great kids club. Food is fab- didn’t expect much from a buffet- constantly being replenished by staff, cooked fresh in front of you- good selection for kids too. Will definitely return!

It’s way more beautiful than it seems in pictures. The views take your breath away! Loved the swimming pools and the activities. The apartments are great as well. Super big and comfortable. The beds are awesome, super clean and comfy. The closets are big. The kitchens have many utensils. The WiFi is great.

The terrace boasts amazing views, really liked the pool area as well. Most importantly, it was clean. For the money we paid, I was satisfied with it.

The apartment was cleaned and towels/toiletries replenished every single day including bank holidays and weekends, far beyond what we expected. Baffled as to why this is a 1 star. Warm pool cheap mini market and bar. Breakfast one of the best we have had in Puerto Rico baring in mind we have been going for 20 years, this is high praise indeed.

The location was perfect and so convenient! Not just our hotel, but also the location within Gran Canaria - Puerto Rico. It was the best and sunny all the time when other parts of the island were windy or rainy.

Amazing location with great view. The food was excellent. Extra helpful and friendly staff that made our day every day. Comfortable beds. Beautiful and clean pool. The room had everything you might need and the balconies had sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a supermarket in the hotel area and pharmacy, bus stop and restaurants close by, in walking distance.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and the café was cheap and food was nice and the girls working there were brilliant doing their job. Definitely be back

Location is superbe for me as i go hiking every day and go for a swim in the evening and i dont have any more climbing to do , would like to book it again for next year but there was never any one around to talk to
