Clean staff were extremely helpful

Friendly, helpful staff. Great, safe location near to the beach. Short walk to town. Easy to park nearby if on site parking is not possible. Breakfast was yummy.

This hotel deserves more than 2 stars. I’ve been to 4 star hotels before that offer a lot less. The staff is very supporting and lovely, the rooms are clean and cozy. Highly recommend it. The only downside is that the lift was broken down during our stay, but that’s a temporary issue and the staff offered carrying the luggage upstairs.

Lovely property about 100m from the fabulously beach, near farm land. Quiet and nearby a leisure bar and chip shop, park & ride into town. There are lots of rabbits around in the evening - that's how peaceful it is. You can walk to Bridlington along the beach in 45mins. The holiday home is bigger than I expected and tastefully decorated. We met the owner as we were leaving, she was a very pleasant lady and was good enough to return to let me retrieve some large items I forgot to pack. Just a lovely experience all round, which meant a lot as it's my Mum's first holiday since Dad died.

Food very good, hotel room as what you would expect

Very nice location, extremely clean and has the basic functionality for a comfortable stay. It is not possible to fault anything.

Had an enjoyable time the locals were very entertaining and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our time we will be back.

The hotel was amazing value, staff were excellent and room was beautiful. Nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was amazing. Bar food and service was on hand and absolutely good value.

Enjoyed our stay, great location! Got a call to say our room was ready early so we could book in which was nice. Was also greeted and shown to our room straight away, room was lovely and clean got a proper size kettle & mugs which you don’t usually get and plenty of coffee tea sugar etc also all the little extras in the bathroom was nice and a good hairdryer. Our train wasn’t till later on so they very kindly let us leave our suitcase at no extra charge. We would definitely stay here again 👍😊

The location was great! A very short walk to the beach, a small tesco a few steps away and the local bus stop right outside the property.

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed in the Genevieve cottage and it was amazing! Superking bed! Large area with a couple of lovely chairs! Bathroom was huge! A little fridge in room.

Breakfast was good - best porridge ever. Dinner was excellent. Lovely relaxed surroundings overlooking the harbour. Very informal - not really like a hotel, but rooms over the restaurant.

When we walked into the room it smelt so clean,and it was spotless and so was the bathroom Pauline has thought of everything like there was hair dryers irons toothpaste toothbrushes and even for the dog lovers she has a cabinet for all your dogs needs bowls treats bedding leads everything x I think this is an amazing hotel and will definitely be coming back very soon thank you Pauline x

loved how spacious everything was and how clean it was. loved thar it was on a quiet street and how everything was lovely in the rooms. loved how helpful the receptionist was too on the phone!

It was clean, the lady was helpful and there was even bottles of water and snacks in the lounge which was a lovely touch as we were out before 6 both mornings. Will definetly stay again.
