Hotel is situated at the heart of Leeds. Hotel is clean.

Exceptionally comfortable room - great space and my upgrade meant I had a terrace and city views. Was a bright but wet day so couldn't use to full advantage but still appreciated!

An opulent hotel, with a refurbishment that had great care, along with attention to detail. The lobby is more than comfortable enough, and I actually spent hours sitting there and chose to work there instead of in the room. The overall hotel feels like you step back in time to a "when" that people treated each other with the utmost respect and were always well mannered. This brings me to the hotel's strongest point. The staff. It feels as if 95% of the staff were curated by scouring all of Britain for people who embody their values and can represent them well. Each member of the staff greets you, ensures you feel like you are at home and that you are someone. They are fast to help and handle any questions, concerns or requests. Our stay was a mix of business and pleasure, for almost three weeks and other than just wanting to explore a competitor around the corner, we will absolutely return here for all follow on visits. And did I mention they are dog friendly?!

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are roomy, quiet and the beds are comfortable. A short 5 minute walk to Leeds Station.

The host was honestly one of the best we have ever stayed with and completely made the experience for us. She was so communicative, thoughtful and accommodating from start to finish. I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday and she arranged the set up perfectly, even leaving drinks for us when we arrived which was such a lovely touch. She also kindly helped us with a missing package after we had already checked out which we were incredibly grateful for. The apartment itself was perfect. The location was amazing, less than a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and ideal for getting around Leeds. We had absolutely everything we needed and more including towels, a washing machine and dryer. Nothing was overlooked. We also really appreciated being able to arrange an early check in for an additional fee as we had an event to get to, and parking was offered just a short walk away which made everything so convenient. We genuinely could not fault our stay and would absolutely love to return!⭐️

The location is good, but parking is difficult to find.

The host Josh was very communicative and helpful ahead of the stay; the flat was as described and suited the weekend in Leeds perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
