Very friendly staff and fantastic hotel and gardens

Walking distance from the Southampton central train station and a huge mall at West Quay. Also walking distance to the cruise ships if you’re an energetic and fit walker type.

Restaurant was awesome as well.

They gave my 12 year old an unreasonable amount of left over free pastries. She embarrassingly ate them all, and still brings it up.

I love the light under the bed when you put your feet down

My son loved the pool, I loved the location, the Nespresso coffee option in the room, the staff was great especially the Romanian lady from the reception which was extremely helpful and nice. I also need to positively comment the Colombian server from Leo who was also extremely nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to cruise terminal was perfect; 10 minute Uber ride. Arrived late evening and could still get food at the bar

Very nice rooms food is right there and was good it’s a short walk to a bunch of shops. We stayed to go on a Disney cruise it was a perfect location

Right next to the motorway, yet far enough away to be quiet! Great shower with plenty of hot water. Service centre easy walk for food and supplies. Really friendly staff too, happy to provide a cloth and cleaner to clean our windshield.

It is beautiful and very calm and quiet location. Like a resort. Spacious and cozy furnishings.

Every thing specially the staff was super friendly best hotel staff i ever met

The staff is great. They accommodated a last minute early check in request and did everything to make it happen. We had an issue with our code but they were prompt in fixing it. The room was great and had everything we needed.

The Host was amazing and helpful, breakfast was hot and delicious.

Good apartments easy facility, very close the city Centre.
