Have a fantastic time staff were very obliging the room was spacious beds so comfy would definitely recommend the Bowers to my friends and family to everyone I'll be returning again i the near future

The location and how well maintained the property was

A lovely self contained lodge with beatiful views of the countryside. Everything was there to self cater, the lodge was spotless and it was tastefully decorated and very spacious. The owner goes out of her way to make the stay one to remember, just the little things that many others just dont do. When you arrive there are lots of goodies waiting for you, milk, bread, eggs, bacon and home made bread and brownies. . There was also fruit/ganola in the fridge. A real country experience greeted by a very warm and friendly host. I would highly recommend. Thankyou Diedrie for the wonderful stay.

A gorgeous little hideaway. Loved every minute of our stay, freshly baked scones with a welcome on arrival.

Absolutely lovely house in West Ireland, Bernadette was a wonderful host — we had car trouble and arrived late and she had tea waiting for us in the sitting room. The house was impeccably clean and neat, she was so kind and friendly. We felt well cared for, the room was very comfortable. Surrounding garden and area was gorgeous, and very close to Cong.

Great location, spacious room and good facilities

The property was very clean and actually looked even better than in the photos. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, which made the stay really enjoyable.

It was a great overall stay! Yvonne was very welcoming and responsive, the place was clean and comfortable and also location was convenient as well. I'd definitely recommend and book again.

We liked the location / able to do trips to Galway and Sligo, and a couple of fun walks nearby (Moore Hall and Cong Wood). Beds were very soft, which is hard to find in much of Europe. It was nice to have a washer AND dryer, so we could do laundry and not have to pack as much. A playground and some good restaurants nearby.

There are not enough adjectives to adequately describe this stay! You are in the countryside but there are neighbors around you. The game room! Wow! Pool, Air Hockey, a Dance machine AND one of those coin slot machines that you always prayed would spill over! The house itself is simply magnificent! Very well appointed. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining, kitchen and tv room. He even moved his own hot tub to the property when the one on site went out. I wish we would have had much more time to explore Ballinrobe. I could have simply moved in!
