IrelandThe room was great, and clean. The shower was brilliant - really nice water pressure. The breakfast was perfect, and they had gluten free bread available which is always appreciated. We arrived a little late, but they went out of their way to make sure that was ok, too. 10/10 for customer service.

We had our own private space. Parking was protected, inside the gate. The host left us some nice items for breakfast and snacks. Coffee and tea was provided along with milk and juice. The host, Eileen, was a wonderful lady and we really enjoyed her. We had nice recommendations for dinner spots in Oughterard from her. The room sizes were large and the communal space was comfortable. There was an outside table and chairs but the weather didn't allow for usage of it.

The proprietor, Patricia was very helpful and friendly. We never met her husband Richard. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood was quiet.
My companion loved the traditional Irish breakfast and felt that the breakfast meats were superior to those he has had elsewhere. I thought the breakfast was just okay. I missed the sauteed mushrooms frequently included with the Irish breakfast.

Great drive from small town of Oughterard up to mountain and loch views which were stunning. Location was amazing.
Room was beautiful and spacious with great storage. Couple from Venice who were just leaving had loved their peaceful week exploring. Unfortunately, we were only there overnight. Would've been great to take advantage of the lochs - fishing and boat trips. The Connemara Greenway (Italian with seafood) Restaurant, Powers Thatch Bar and Fahertys Bar in Oughterard town were friendly and made our evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay, Barbara was lovely and we couldn't fault a thing. The breakfast was top notch, Full Irish was delicious. The room we had was spacious, very comfortable and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and served an excellent breakfast each morning. She also was very willing to provide information about the surrounding area and where to go and what to see. The location was lovely and very quiet. She allowed the use of the sitting room and was very comfortable. It was nice to have another place to sit and read or just enjoy the view.
