Very impressed by the hospitality of sanawar heights, The staff was very kind, The food taste and quality was also great. Plus the views from the roof top restaurant is cherry on the cake. Nice rooms and services. Waiting for next stayover.

The best part was the location and the hospitality of the property owner (Sumit) and the staff (Dharmender). Amazing location for spending short holidays, completely away from noise and city crowd. One will wake up with the only sound of birds chirping. I stayed with my family, few things I must mention is the hospitality of the owner (Sumit), room service provided by the staff (Dharmender). Dharmender was really good to accommodate all our requirements. Food prepared by him was really tasty, few of the items I must mention like mixed veg, egg curry, Alu paratha, Veg pakoda, French fry etc, delicious !!! People can go for quick sight seeing in day time, Parwanoo cable car ride was nice. Even the cab services (Splendid Retreat Tours) provided by the hotel was appreciable, drivers were completely professional and well mannered. Will highly recommend for a visit.

I wish to visit again.. it was all good. The issue was with the lockof the room as it was defective and. When I had to call Sanjeev caretaker, he used to say.. mam jese btaya vese kro hojayega" he was not dedicated towards his work although the OWNER was Excellent and that is why I would love to visit again. He was very very very very understanding and cooperative. I will recommend it to my friends and family whosover will visit kasauli. Promise. Kudos to your hotel🫶
