Hong KongThe best thing about the hotel is the location - it is nestled in a forest and is quiet and "out of the way." The hot tub is by far my favorite place in the hotel. You can sit in the outdoor hot tub with steam coming off the water while looking out over snowy forest and mountain views. It was breathtaking! The pool area is lovely as well, and the staff are incredible....almost too helpful. The breakfast was amazing every day and in such a gorgeous setting as well. There were yoga activities and kids activities during the day, and I enjoyed reading in the quiet lounges along the side of the hotel. I had a wonderful experience traveling around Shimla and Narkana and the surrounding areas - all set up by the helpful hotel concierge/staff. It was a heavenly vacation away from the bustle during Chinese New Year.

We returned to this hotel after 27years to show Shimla to our daughter. It was part of our 4 week tour of India and we chose to spend Xmas at the Springfields Which is situated a good walk from the mall in a quite area
Amazingly we were allocated our old room which was wonderful. Both our room and our daughters were very spacious and comfortable
