Amazing hotel, we stayed for one night after a long trip. The room was spotlessly clean and comfy, the stuff are polite and helpful. There is a lift. In the morning we had a breakfast for additional payment, it was so delicious, highly recommended. If you arrive at weekend, the laundry is not working, but there is a laundromat 5 minutes away by car.

The location was exactly what we were hoping for! Right in the middle of the main part of the city! I am a creature of habit and was going to default to a Marriott property but this hotel looked appealing! I'm so glad that I did! The apartment we stayed in was a off site from the main property but only steps away. It was very spacious and themed with an "art" decor. This was honestly the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in and especially for the price. The value was so well worth it. The service by the staff was always pleasant and so helpful! Lastly, the breakfast was amazing with lots of choices! The staff will also make you certain coffees and bring it to you. We had a very early morning flight and the made us box lunches to go!

This property deserved 100 stars! The contact person was amazing and answered all of my questions within minutes. The property provided a video so we could understand how to access the apartment. It was impressively safe and secure. The best part was how centrally located it was to anything and everything in Bologna. The property itself was amazing - clean, new and bright, everything was well labeled and QR codes to help access the internet if needed (a nice touch). The beds were very comfortable and they had huge tvs in every room. Obviously it has been recently renovated and everything about it was TOP NOTCH. We would return to Bologna just to stay in this apartment.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay here! The room was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and had a wonderfully homey atmosphere that made me feel welcome instantly. Everything was in perfect working order, and the AC was an absolute lifesaver during the hot weather. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The host and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Communication was seamless from start to finish with prompt responses. A special shoutout to the team: when all my ride-hailing apps suddenly failed, they stepped in without hesitation and helped me call a taxi, saving my day! All in all, it was a lovely experience that offered fantastic value for money. If I ever visit Bologna again, this will undoubtedly be my go-to place to stay. Highly recommended!
