I like the staff in reception,in the breakfast area expecialy ANNA she was to kind and helpful and she brought me turkey sausage every day, because I don't eat pork.I never has meet such an exelent women🥰 and the receptionists and the barman in the swimming pool they were very kind and helpful and also The cleaners were kind and the room was cleaned every day

We had a wonderful stay, thank you again for the lovely upgrade — it truly made our anniversary extra special! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially enjoyed on the 7th floor rooftop bar, where the breathtaking view of Mount Etna made every morning unforgettable. The location is perfect — close to everything yet peaceful, with that authentic Catania charm. And the room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view — we couldn't have asked for more. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great facility, newly refurbished, clean and well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Aurora and Claudia. Breakfast was excellent with freshly prepared eggs and more. We were upgraded to a large suite - wonderful!

Amazing hotel hidden away in an old building but stunning when you walk in to lobby. Big Rooms with comfy beds and balcony on to main street but still quiet. Staff were very helpful & nice.

Excellent location for late arrival. Convenient, ample parking at premises. Directly at the beach. Easy to find. Large garden. Wonderful breakfast. Great staff! I came back and spent my last day of my short stay at Sicily as well.

Breakfast was more than Italian typical, we liked it very much. Staff is very pleasant and ready to help with everything. Location is near Central station and not faraway by foot from center of the city, maybe at first look doesn't seem safe zone, but actually it is and is very practical to reach transportation for all nearby excursions from there.

The hotel is perfectly situated, near everything you need. There is a private parking but better to order in advance cause there are only 4 places. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful! The room was huge, clean and with a nice ceiling paintings. Highly recommended.

The personnel's attention is excellent, from the reception to the breakfast room. The included breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was modern and quiet one. The hotel has nice open areas and patios. The room was comfortable and the bathroom has toiletries that other hotels don't provide as slippers. It was a nice surprise to have selected it. I took it for the convenient location at walking distance to the train station and to the bus going to the Etna.

As a person travelling almost constantly for over 15 years, I seldom enter a hostel where comfort was chosen over making (a little) more money and this is certainly the case in Urban Pop. Instead of adding more beds, they opted to leave the dorms very spacious and include small seating areas in each. Similarly, all bathrooms are enormous and constantly cleaned. If you add a great location, very well-equipped kitchen, nice common areas and managers (supported by a group of volunteers) who love the island and serve as endless sources of information on things to do, it’s hard to imagine a better place. Due to further travel plans, I could not stay in Sicily longer but will absolutely go back again and have no doubts where to stay.

Authentic hotel in good condition with a beautiful ceiling in the room. Very friendly staff. Located right in the city center, but without any noise inside the hotel. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds and a clean room. Everything works; nothing is in disrepair.
