View from room and friendly staff

The location was great. We came by train and were able to easily get to the beach and the shoreline, and then back to the train. There is also a grocery store just a few blocks away. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. They met us at the location and showed us around. There are three large bedrooms and a very comfortable pull out bed in the living room. There were four of us and we each had our own space. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, glasses, and pans to make meals. And everything was decorated with welcoming bright colors.

All was so good!! The position of hotel was exellent, the servis too! The room was clean and the staff molto gentile!

The staff were welcoming and wonderful !! The grounds are beautiful and with private parking as the hotel is gated!!The room was perfect and extremely large with its own outside entrance ! Bed was really comfortable!! Restaurant is in walking distance down the street! They supply a list!! Breakfast was good with again wonderful friendly staff! Good cappuccinos!!

Free water was really nice. Good location close to the beach. Bathroom and room was clean.

Roberta was exceptional. She greeted us warmly, explained details carefully. All the staff are kind and very attentive without being intrusive. We will stay here again when next in Civitanova Marche.

Super clean. Super friendly staff. For breakfast I had homemade cake and muffins with coffee of your choice, super tasty.

Very nice terrace. Furniture and equipments not luxurious but recent and nice. Well cleaned.
