Speaking of comfort, this was, without a doubt, the most comfortable and relaxing place I have ever stayed in Italy. The hotel is impeccably clean and feels brand new. We were met by Mamy Lucia who instantly made us feel welcome with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. She said "my home is your home". The breakfast was excellent. Each day the table was made up with fruit, fruit juice, croissants, coffee, etc. and nothing was too much trouble. The view of the Mediterranean and the island of Capri is stunning as are the sunsets. The Villa is just a 15 minute bus ride to Sorrento which runs every 20 minutes. The other way is the small town of Massa Lubrense, just 5 minutes (20 minutes if you walk). There is also a small beach nearby which is about a 15 minute walk but be warned, it is all downhill so be prepared for an uphill return, although you can get a ride up for a small fee. Such a friendly atmosphere and certainly felt at home. If you want to relax and get away from it all then this is ideal. The swimming pool is actually a hot tub, so don't expect to be doing the backstroke, but it's perfect for relaxing after a day out or just dipping in and out on a sunny day.

Pretty much everything! Joseph and Tatiana (husband and wife) were excellent hosts. Felt like they were welcoming us into their home. The entire staff was extremely pleasant. Private tour of the farm and the on site small manufacturing facility was extremely interesting. Removed from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento though just a 15 minute ride away. Very quiet and on the property of an old Fransican Monastery with a beautiful church. You will not be dissapointed!

We recently stayed in Sea Breeze Residence, this Hotel was absolutely beautiful, we had the best time here, the staff were all so kind, friendly, helpful and generous, and Pasquale even ran when he seen us arriving to help carry our luggage right to our room. The girls in the reception were all so beautiful, and also the girl in our breakfast room every morning was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good, and it was made fresh daily and the variety was outstanding, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the location was breath taking with water views, we even met the local dog Ciccio, it was a perfect choice and a beautiful location !!!!
