Rooms in Terni

Being in the countryside, it was nice to have the restaurant on site. Staff were extremely friendly and treat us well.

So relaxing. We brought my husband's mother and 2 sisters for a birthday celebration. Rooms were great. Spa was excellent. Staff everywhere was helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was refreshing. Nothing bad to say.

Very beautiful villa with two beautiful rooms and a front yard. Loved it. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The atmosphere of staying at an Italian villa, The laid out of the building, the rooms and the view. People were friendly and accommodated to our late arrival from Rome airport heading to Loreto.

Had a lovely stay at this property! I arrived late walking over from train station, and there was a gentleman outside waiting for me upon arrival. He escorted me inside for check-in, which was a breeze. Lovely hotel overall, would highly recommend. Very convenient (walkable) to train station. Comfy beds, very clean room/bathroom/etc, cold AC, iron was available upon request. 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait to visit again!

We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the train station - we needed to make a day trip to Roma. With prior permission, the hotel allowed us to park our car in their garage early in the day and then check-in upon our return to Terni in the evening. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was expansive.

A wonderful place to stay. It is very easy to find, in a great location. While it is in the city it is completely wooded with lots of other plants, so you feel like you are staying in the forest in a beautiful vintage building that has been wonderfully restored. Absolutely wonderful hosts! A true pleasure to talk with them and they were so helpful with helping me solve some problems. A great location, there are two shopping malls within a five minute walk and a great discount grocery store right across the street. Add lots of wonderful restaurants also within walking distance. There is secure parking behind a gate, great for cars and motorcycles. A beautiful clean large room with a large bathroom and great shower. It also has a wonderful balcony. A wonderful breakfast. A true pleasure to stay here. I highly recommend Cospea B&B. I wish we could give ratings higher than 10, as it certainly deserves that

The entire experience was a 10/10, which we appreciated very much. Mr. Raggi is one of the best hosts we have ever had. Easy access to the building and the room which offers a high level of cleanliness and comfort. We happily suggest this place to all and will definitely stay there again during our future travels to Terni.

The security and location suited having a car. The room was small but functional with aircon. The owners were friendly and the garden setting was lovely and relaxing. The nearby villages of Stroncone, Collescipoli and Narni are lovely intact medieval walled towns well worth seeing as are the Marorre Falls. Terni itself is a disappointing destination as the Centro has been somewhat decimated.. Maybe a stay in a village or outer area would be more suitable as this would save driving in Terni traffic. This location only suits if you have a car or motorcycle.

Good value for a single room. AC working properly and bathroom clean. Parking anywhere next to the hotel entrance.

Very clean, nice neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.
