The room was fabulous with a nice size bathroom. Nice quiet area a little out of the way of the main attractions, the bathroom was generous for Italy.

Beautifully appointed clean property. Lots of parking, easy to locate. There is a beautiful pool, sauna, steam and salt rooms. The breakfast was lovely and our dinner there was delicious.

Excellent location with breathtaking view of the area. It is within a walking distance to the old town. The facility was very clean and the room well equipped. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was succulent with lots of variety of food. Silvia the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely recommended if you visit the area.

This place was very tranquil and suited our needs of visiting other towns like Siena, Perugia and Cortona. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Loved everything about this absolutely charming and beautiful property. Maria and Massimo were gracious hosts, welcoming and rightfully proud of their villa. The pool area is gorgeous and quiet- like having a resort all to yourself. The location, close to Cortona, Montepulciano etc. makes it a wonderful base for Tuscany. Cannot recommend Il Trebbio enough.

Incredible stay, the mobile home had ample storage and very well designed. the little terrace is a nice bonus. The setting of the camping grounds on the lake is stunning and all the facilities- multiple playground, indoor play area, baby toilets and kids pool and baby dance make it super family friendly
