Very beautiful and charming property, amazing views, not too many rooms, great for romantic retreat

The host was very nice and accommodating. We also had an excellent meal there, the whole experience was very good value. You could tell the host cared about their guests.

The hotel was in a former villa with an attractive sitting room and dining room and a little roof terrace. It was quiet, with a beautiful view of hills and trees but within easy reach of the centre of town. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you visit Urbino by bus from the train station, I bet this is the best place to stay. I've been to Urbino three times (including this one) and have stayed in 5 different accommodations. For me, it was always the hardest challenge to drag my luggage on its pebbly up-downhiil streets. Bramante Suite was really about 10 meters from Park Santa Lucia bus stop. It's also easier to reach the city's center, as via Bramante is not so steep slope compared to others. About the property: it is one of the old, brick houses which is part of this historic city, but inside it is totally renovated ( I didn't expect an elevator). The room was elegant, and the bed was extra comfy. The heater was strong enough to warm up the cold stones... With all this modern comfort, though, there was a charm of Urbino reserved in the wooden beams crossing the ceiling. I loved that part.

Staff was excellent, cordial and helpful and the location convenient to Urbino. Restaurant had good food and a variety of choices. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Tenuta is one of the most exceptional stays I’ve ever had. Everything from the farm philosophy through to the food, service and amenities was extraordinary. We left very inspired and relaxed.

Very quiet bnb in a renovated farmhouse about a 10 min drive from Urbino. Several cute dogs on the property. Heated floors in the bathroom are so nice. I went in the off season so I was the only guest, but it will make any dreams you have of moving to the Italian countryside come true. The hosts were very nice and helpful as well.

Very nice air conditioned rooms with very comfortable beds. We had a great night sleep. The breakfast in the morning offers a variety of Italian pastries, bread, cheese, meat and fruits. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.
