What wasnt to like everything exceeded expectations, Breakfast & dinner buffet was great especially the unlimited drinks during, room was perfect and the private Onsen was a nice treat.

Very nice facilities and great staff. Location was perfect. Nice meal included.

Manager lady was very friendly and nice. She got the bath switch to men’s for me on time.

Location, service, breakfast, facility.

The breakfast and dinner are Michelin equivalent. The service is super. I want to come back just for the food and service. The experience felt truly authentically local. Do take the stair hike to the top beyond the temple.

The amazing buffet and the convenient location.

Great location, close to the top of the famous stone steps. The Japanese-style room fit three adults cozily including comfy chairs to look out at the mountain view. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Staff was very organized and kind.

Nice, clean, good view, easy and free parking. Oh... and a free very good breakfast.

Lovely location with friendly and attentive staff. Traditional tatami room and great breakfast. The onsen/bath was lovely.

Big and comfortable hotel, pleasant outdoor onsen for free in the next building and nice indoor onsen in the hotel. Great buffet with various food. Just near the bus stop.

We loved all the amenities. And there were some exceptional staff members. They also we able to make arrangements for us to stay another night due to the weather.

The cleanliness, spacious rooms, car park and very near to Ikaho onsen.
