The breakfast offering is great! The onsen is a bonus! Appreciate the transfer bus to and from ski resorts.

Excellent staff, Onsen, breakfast and nice size of unit with everything you needed.

The locations was basically ski in ski out, the staff was awesome, the bar upstairs was great and the nibbles there were amazing. If your in need of transportation or have any questions make sure to ask they are very helpful.

Excellent stay. the location was perfect close to the ski resort just a short walk away. The host was incredibly welcoming and even cooked amazing meals for us. Everything was so tasty! Friendly atmosphere and truly memorable experience.

Breakfast is amazing. Onsen is great. Location is perfect if you like ski in ski out, quieter area of Niseko that has easy access to lift infrastructure.

the snow school and gear rentals are very conveniently located in the hotel all the staff were nice and very accommodating

Comfortable place for our group

A true example of hoteliers accomplishment. Very professional. Delightful choice of samplings for traditional tastes every night and morning.

The hotel is sooo good with their foods, facilities, onsen, everything. Very much enjoyable.

Staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very cozy, although the communal space was a bit small. Moiwa Ski Resort is basically outside the door and the daily shuttle bus to annupuri resort was good as well.

Hosts and guests were a great fun to hang out with. Common areas and facilities are as clean as private room.

We had a wonderful stay at Stream Villa Niseko. Ai was incredibly accommodating—she patiently waited for us even though we arrived close to midnight and stayed very responsive while guiding us when we got a bit lost. The house was very clean, spotless, fully equipped, and extremely comfortable. We were 6 guests and all slept comfortably, which made settling in after a long journey so easy. Truly grateful for the hospitality and care. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again!

Location and restaurant in hotel.

Great Host and lovely place. Highly recommended and will come back. Yama San is really nice and friendly, making superb breakfast, greet us every morning and fill us in with slope news. The place is organized quite well better than most of the lodges I stayed, 4 pairs of guests with 2 toilets and 2 showers on the same floor as the guest rooms. The toilets/showers are always available. The public space is filled with lovely couches and views to the snow. The place is also located super close to the shuttle stop and a hot spring. Parking is available right at the place.

Absolutely perfect! Villa was amazing, amenities were just all over the room and they’ve paid attention to every single detail Will definitely come back again in the future
