Amazing place! Customer service so friendly and helpful! Great price. Very clean. No ugly smell. Comfortable big bed! No noise from outside or other rooms!!! 1000000000% recomeding!!!!!

For our honeymoon my wife and I decided to pamper ourselves with a ryokan with an in-room onsen. Yes, it was pricey but worth it! The location was perfect for de-stressing after hectic atmosphere of Tokyo. The staff were very accommodating and took care of everything for us. The food was amazing. We had a private dining room where we were served our freshly made meals. The Ryokan provides breakfast and dinner and with the amount of food you get, you can definitely skip lunch. This was our best experience we had in Japan and would love to do it again.

Large, luxurious room with premium furnishings and all amenities expected from a luxury Japanese hotel (premium toiletries, nespresso machine, even a hair curler). The space is huge with separate toilet, sink, shower. All rooms are equipped with an in-room private onsen stone bath that uses natural hot spring water from Suwa. There is also a view of Lake Suwa from the room and balcony. We did not worry about the privacy although it's at the road and that was a concern when booking, but they have blinds to block so you can control it. They also have artistic decor in the hotel with some art display pieces and a lounge on 3rd floor with free fridge drinks. Additionally, the room came with a free high-tea welcome set which was a pleasant surprise. I don't think the photos do justice to the room! The entire hotel was very private too, with private check in, and the dining also had privacy screens for a romantic experience. Overall, was a great pitstop.

The room was spacious and the room service dinner was good. The reception lady was very efficient and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our lack of japanese skills. Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the initial cost of the booking, and the quality of it was fantastic, doubly so considering it came at no extra charge. Location was also great, 5 minute walk to both the local station and convenience stores.

Everything! The room we stayed at had a beautiful view of the lake. The onsen was wonderful. Sumire, the staff that served our dinner and breakfast was great and the food was both delicious and beautiful.

The room is by far the nicest room I've ever been in on travel. The hotel was clean and area is so beautiful around. By far my favorite hotel on my trip.

I slept in a single bed room, super budget option in this magnificent hotel, and still 100% benefited the same beautiful facilities and staff.

The family room with indoor osen bath is great. Very clean and spacious with Japanese style. They have both beds and futons. The staff are really nice, very Japanese traditional *omotenashi*.

Awesome hot spring ! And best breakfast buffet ( huge !) I have had in Japan!

Location was convenient, only 120m from Kami-Suwa Station. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries and were accomodating to any request. Lovely couple and had a great time overall.
