Very new, comfortable nice, clean hotel. Nice well equipped room. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast!

Cleanliness and Hospitality. We like the service provided by Mr Ali and the manager is a very warm person. The rooms are comfortable with lits of spaces.

Outstanding location, what a view , peaceful place, very helpful staff ,only down side prices of food expensive

This property has been completely renovated. We stayed here in the past, and you can see what a face lift the place has gotten. The new manager, Mr. Stephane, is the man for the job. My wife was sick and he offered to call a doctor and instructed his staff to take good care of us. He runs almost everywhere and you can see how energetic he is and the great job he’s doing to bring this property up to the standards of this hotel to where it ought to be. We were on our way to Merzouga. We plan on going back and staying a bit longer in Ouarzazate in this property.

The riad was very nice decorated and beautiful. The garden and the terrace was also a plus. What we liked the most was the staff. They were very kind and present. Particularly, Omar took a lot a of time to tell us the history of the place and took us for a garden tour and taught us to prepare the best Moroccan tea. He is definitely the sixth star of the hotel. The food and breakfast were also great.

The hotel is beautiful, lush garden and a gorgeous swimming pool area. Dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet is unbelievable! So much choice, never seen something like that. The staff is super kind.

Great place...Large and comfortable rooms...Great garden...Friendliness of the staff...especially the owner!...Luckily they have redoubled their efforts to provide a beautiful pool!!.Very generous and varied breakfast.

Extremely friendly staff, gorgeous night sky, uniaue concept, very calm and relaxing and definitely would recommend. The food at the restaurant was very good! The room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable

The property feels more like a fairy tale castle than a stereotypical riad. Tucked away in a quiet area, this place is a world of its own, with its unique architecture and interior design, friendly staff, birds chirping, and lots and lots of beautiful plants. Whether you’re just stopping by Ouarzazate for one night or want a retreat to find comfort, peace and quietness, this place would be 10 out of 10. Both dinner and breakfasts are of high quality, nicely prepared and presented. And the staff (Nadia), the manager (Mohammad),and the owner are all wonderful people. Catch the owner on your way out for a nice chat and tips on traveling in Morroco, all nicely presented on the map of their own! We will be back!

The host is a wonderful and very kind man, we liked our stay in Rose Noir House.

We really enjoy and thankful we stayed at the “Hotel Azoul”. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us assemble our bikes after flying in from the US. The hotel is nicely located on the north edge of town. It is clean and well kept. We enjoyed having breakfast next door. Super nice family ambience. Incredible service. Very good relation between quality, price and experience. If you don't want a five start hotel, but you prefer a thousand star one with a real morrocan experience, go there. This has been one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you!! We will come back!!
