Great pool area, comfortable room, great service at the reception. Location is perfect in by far the nicest street in Palenque. Fine restaurant as well , but also plenty of good food alternatives close by. I made a mistake with the booking, but they were very accommodating with finding a good solution.

The grounds were spectacular, the staff very accomodating, and it was a superb experience. I strongly recommend it.

My kids loved the 2 levels pool! It was so relaxing as a single mom to be able to do my work poolside and watch them easily. Staff was super helpful and speaks English which was helpful as a minimal Spanish speaker. Cleaners made our room neat and tidy every day. And the air quality is so fresh being surrounded by trees!

The property is a short taxi ride to ADO Bus terminal, the city center and the new Tren Maya terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the restaurant on site.

Everything was great. It’s super spotless clean and such a beautiful experience to stay in the middle of the jungle. The bungalows are well constructed so you can enjoy your view of the jungle and sunset with privacy. The restaurant was amazing as well.

The are of the hotel is extremely beautiful. Green jungles with some animals, For example monkeys.

We splurged on a air-conditioned cabana (which was still super affordable $75AUD for 2) The bed was so so comfy and aircon so frosty. We had a huge tour from San Cristobel the day we checked in, and was super tired and it was the best place to recooperate before our long bus the next day. You can see so many monkeys right outside your door. And are legit in the jungle. There is a fantastic pool, hammocks and whole vibe is relaxing. Its not a party place if that's what your looking for. We had already been to ruins the day before, but they are pretty close (around 3 KMS) and collectivo goes from outside door. The restaurant is pretty good, food is on the higher cost side for Mexico (around 150- 200 pesos pp) but also it's so convenient and staff are so lovely. There is a kitchen too if prefer cooking. Drinks are reasonable price (55 pesos for beer, around 90 for a cocktail). They also let us stay on sight and storage luggage for no extra fee after check out at 12. We also had a couples massage onsite! There is also an easy self service laundry onsite for a fee (pretty expensive compared to others we've been to (around 300 pesos for 8 kg with clean, dry and detergent) but so convenient that it's onsite. Also everything was super clean and well managed. We had a really fantastic experience.

Although larger than expected, the staff made the stay feel more intimate. We had a great, spacious room on the third floor. Very clean, well appointed. Good airrcon, bathroom and bed. Good restaurant attached. Pool very good. They host groups who were out early and back late so very peaceful. 5 mins walk to the bus station and collectivo for ruins.

The host was the most helpful person we ever met! We didn't need to plan anything, because everything was laid out before us. Places to eat, coffee, washing our clothes, even whole day trips as we wanted them. It was an incredible service at this place!

Beautiful setting in the jungle.

Quiet, often silent, yet a short distance from centro, a river swimming hole, and the ruins. 50MXN taxi from town at most. Huge pool, wildlife, ability to cook or make coffee, refrigerator in kitchen, agua pura available. Friendly staff and owner.

Location location.we had every thing we wanted within walking distance I had a flat tyer and the owner went out of his way to help get it pumped up. Family run business,

my room was facing a small plot of forest so it had a wonderful view. it was very quite and had A.C and fan. there was a common kitchen and few tables and chairs outside facing the forest. internet was fast and reliable. location was great. Just few minutes walk from ado station

Absolutely everything! The room, the bathroom, everything nice and well decorated, a/c, WiFi, location near the park where we found a lot of food locations to eat whit wherever budget and people arts, beauty salons, nice staff, always available to help and answer questions, the price is worthy, and the laundry next to the hotel!, etc.
